SUNY Albany Campus, 1400 Washington Avenue, Albany, NY. Follow signs for DUTCH QUAD STUDENT PARKING. See location on map of campus. Once in the lot, look for our popup.

Saturday, July 6, 2019, 8am. Parking through Sunday, July 14, 2019, 6pm

COST AND HOW TO PAY
The cost for parking for the 9 days is $35/car. You must pay in advance in order to secure your parking spot. PAY NOW

        To ensure a smooth shuttle experience, please follow these steps:

STEP 1 – unload bike, turn handlebars
After you park your car in the Dutch Quad parking lot area, unload your bike(s) and turn your handlebars 90° to the right. If you need help turning your handlebars, look for volunteers in yellow vests with tools.

STEP 2 – shuttle check-in, bus ticket
Once your handlebars are turned, get in line, with your bike, for shuttle check-in. At check-in, you will receive a ticket to gain access to a specific bus (Buses A-D). 

STEP 3 – bike hand-off for transport
After you receive your bus ticket, proceed forward with your bike to the truck loading area. Hand off your bike to the volunteers so they can load it onto a truck. Make note of the truck you put your bike on for easy pick-up in Buffalo.

STEP 4 – luggage drop off
Return to your car and retrieve your luggage. Make sure you remove all valuables from your car and lock it up.  When the buses arrive, load your luggage on the bus to which you have a ticket, and take your seat. 

BUS DEPARTURE TIMES
Please arrive at Dutch Student Parking Lot by 8am. If you are delayed, call 518-929-5043. Buses A & B will depart at 9:30am sharp. Buses C & D will depart at 10:00am sharp.

AT THE END OF THE RIDE
The ride ends in downtown Albany, about 6 miles from SUNY Albany, where your car will be parked. A free shuttle will take you from the end-of-ride location in downtown Albany to the SUNY Albany parking lot. You can then drive back to the finish line to pick up your bike and luggage.

COFFEE/BATHROOMS
While there are no bathrooms at the SUNY Albany parking lot, there is a Starbucks less than a mile away from the parking lot, at 1475 Western Ave, Albany, NY 12203, and a Dunkin Donuts, 1.2 miles away from the parking lot, at 1425 Washington Ave, Albany, NY 122061. The buses, which will arrive around 9:00am, have bathrooms onboard.
